Creating presets is extremely easy. Click on light shadow or fog drop downs and choose a color. save it.. thats it..
Yeah, I have wanted to donate to SOH for quite a long time (as this site has given me quite a lot over the years); but since Paypal gave my credit card information to someone else somehow, I won't ever use it again. I would like to see another option, too.
Back on topic: I am going to have to pick up this addon. It looks amazing. Does anyone know if it works with other pre-loaded addons like AIcarriers or Aerotow?

Life is tough. It's tougher if you're stupid.
Except, make sure you don't forget to do that for each of the 14 different sky textures/times of day, for day 1 alone, as laid out at the bottom of the Shade GUI - by selecting/clicking on each sky texture/time of day, and individually setting the light, shadow, and fog colors/shades for each of them. Otherwise, all you are doing is setting these perameters for the first, earliest time of day, and it will have no affect on any of the other times of day. ; )

is anyone else experiencing this
but every time i use it, it reverts my FSX.cfg setting back to the default settings ie texture load, terrain radius
has anyone else had this?
i'm probably stating the obvious here, and shooting in the complete wrong direction, but upon closing fsx, Shade unloads itself and resets everything back to default..
Thanks pam,
i was guessing that, its just frustrating changing the fsx.cfg every time i want to fly, im left wondering why it doesnt create a backup and work from that instead resting the values to default
otherwise than that small thing, its a great little program
something for steve to think about i guess
Well, the nice thing is that once you have saved your preset, you simp[ly start up shade, load your preset, and click on the "start stuff" tab at the bottom.. in there you canstart up fsx and it will load your preset for you to fly with..
thanks PAM
well on another good note
