That would be something worth having.
The FGR2 would get my vote.

Agree completely mate. I really think Milviz missed the boat by shoving out an E with a makeshift J. I'll not pay $50 for a 'sort of' J as long as my @rse points down and every time I see a screenshot of the E.. I want to throw at my monitor! FG1/FGR2 with Speys is the only way to go

I got around to installing the update yesterday. Word of caution.. don't brake too hard because the nose wheel oleo will swivel leaving the linkage on the front.. not on the back!! Do the old paints fit that model?

That's it, Dave(s) ... I've had it with the teasing!

I'll be installing that Iris FSX beta model tonight, slaving it to the Milviz VC (hoping that works) - and I seem to recall Henk or someone saying that the old repaints would work, with some finagelling ...

The FSX native conversion Dave. I didn't bother with it when it was first released.

I think I will Manuele, but perhaps it will be a double-pack. As I started to do a repaint based on the old ESCI kit:

Painted in the post 1943 colours AMT-4 and AMT-11 it looked like this:

However than I ran into the picture below, which showed there was no flag on the tail. I also learned that the aircraft was delivered in Russia not before April 1945. Which is why I assume it was most probably not repainted, but still in the original factory colours.

    Cheers,
    Huub

    Works for me DL

Is that rain effect under the Phantom? I noticed similar the other day (you can see it on my Gannet shots with the aircraft on deck.. at certain angles). The runway was wet at Culdrose and I appear to have taken it with me!! A-N-other FSX bug!
