Great to see you back Henry! Love the Skyraider shots!
Huub: some nice Aussie birds there!
A few shots from me of the AT-6B (N610AT textures on the T-6C model). I really hope we will se this with tacpack support. Just like its bigger and more successful main competitor, the Super Tucano, it looks rather badass loaded up with stores.
Best regards

Hi Zolts,
The liveries and the insignas of the planes are the "BIG" ploblems....
The "Natural Metal/White" livery for the first F-104Gs was soon "covered" with the NATO camouflage and the quality of the paints used in camouflage was often and the colors were very different between plane and plane.....
I can remember a "strange" '104G of 9th Stormo (Grazzanise AB) in a "perfect" BROWN and VERY LIGHT GREY camouflage with almost invisible white numbers (on light grey background)......
Also the fonts used for the codes changed during the years, from the big white numbers to the small outlined black ones.....
Soon.

whats the doohicky on top of the top wing?
looks to me like a gopro in a streamlined housing....soooo..what be it?
The item on the top of the F3F wing is a gunnery training camera (not a combat gun camera). It was used on other Navy fighters/dive bombers at the time as well, such as Vindicators, Devastators, SBC Helldivers (the biplane version), Brewster Buffaloes, etc. - all seen with great clarity in the 1941 movie "Dive Bomber" as well. Those cameras were used for scoring pilots on their gunnery accuracy on training flights. Actual combat gun cameras were much smaller, and mounted internally on the next generation of US military aircraft.
It was previously discussed here (with photos): http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...er-F2A-Buffalo
