Visibility was extremely poor. Flying at 13,500 feet, barely able to make out the highway until we flew over a couple of passes. The timer and indicator on the Dual needle RMI said we should be there and it was socked in.

I was just about ready to call it, when my copilot made out some buildings in a break in the clouds. We turned for the buildings but got lost flying up a canyon trying to find the airport. Somehow managed to get turned around and did spot the airfield.

Probably going to take a very light load on the next hop.

The biggest issue is when Captain Flores refuses to listen and heads to the wrong airport. I kept saying Bucaramanga and he kept heading toward Barrancabermeja.
