Memory Error

Does any one know how to solve this error? Here is what I get when I start FS9, I've tried using safe mode and default mode, and no luck with that.

Total Ram 4 G's
32 Bit OS

I found out that it was a Afcad file that I changed that the flight sim didn't like. The program that I used was ADE9X.
