    Exclamation Attention all CFS2 hands...

    Good evening,

I am sorry to report that Padbury aircraft has been lost in time. This is critical to me because their Defiant and Battle are used heavily in my Early Europe campaigns.

To preserve their files, I need all of you to comb through your archives and see if you have the downloads in their original form. Then we'll see about uploading them here for preservation.

Here is the old site via the "wayback" machine so you know what you're looking for.
    http://web.archive.org/web/200803191...vices.com/cfs/

    Your help is always appreciated,

Rami, I found that yesterday when I loaded up your campaign.

There is another Fairey Battle for 2004 that works just fine. It was a conversion from CFS2.

I took it for a test flight in free flight and it seems just fine.

    Devildog73,

Yes, but the one Bearcat posted is the one I will try to get up to SOH, and we'll also need the weapons package.

There are a plethora of skins for the Battle, some real cool stuff.

Also, the Vickers Wellesley is an extremely cool and rare bird.

    sc7500,

The Wellesley is a definite yes, the Skua is under the name of JDTinballs, and Bearcat241 attached the Battle in the .zip file above.

Here is another site I found when looking for a replacement for some no longer available add-ons that some of our missions call for.

    Have some of them

I have the Wellesley Mk 1 in both version 1.1 and version 2.1, and the Fairy Battle - there seems to be several versions in the file. These I have on my current computer, but if hard pressed I know that I at one time DL'ed everything on his site and put it on CD. Thus it has to exist, but finding it may be another matter. You just order Oh Great One, and I'll upload it.

The only things that I've got that don't seem to be listed are...

PH_K Battle1a.zip and skua_panel.zip (assuming that this is a Padbury file, and I haven't just put it in the wrong folder!).

    I can upload if required.

    So far,

I have the Fairey Battle and the Boulton-Paul Defiant.

    What are still needed are...

    Wellesley Mk1 LRF Version V1.1
    The Boulton-Paul P.94

These alternative paint schemes for the Fairey Battle...

No 12 Squadron: paint scheme for No.12 Sqd aircraft PH_K as flown by FO D.E.Garland V.C.
Prototype K4030: prototype bare metal scheme as used at the 1936 RAF display.
    No 88 Squadron: K9244 RH_L of No.88 (Hong Kong) Bomber Squadron, Mourmelon - le - Grand, France, 1939 - 40.
No 105 Squadron: K7578 of No.105 Bomber Squadron, Harwell, Berkshire, 1939.
No 63 Squadron: K7649 of No.63 Bomber Squadron, Upwood, Hunts., 1938.
South African Airforce: No.969 of the South African Air Force, 1939.
Also needed is Weapons Pack: A small weapons pack for the Battle containing 30lb and 250lb general purpose bombs as well as a wing pylon.

As long as you have it in its original condition, readme files included, feel free to upload. Try to get a snapshot of her if you can.

    Thanks to all of you...
