FScene, your thoughts please

I'm running GEX now but thinking of getting this if it's a marked improvement over GEX, any feedback is welcome.

As goofy as this sounds, I got tired of GEX and went back to default.....

The only thing I miss are the GEX USA desert textures....

I used to have Fscene for FS9 for some time but I don't think I would use it again.

It is still quite steeply priced, too. The OrbX textures seem really good but I haven't tried them. I'm a bit tight with my money right now .

Anyway, I am using my own texture set these days.

Maybe I'll have time to complete them so I can release them as a christmas tree. Been very busy at work, though, so won't promise.

It is complete global set with water, clouds, roads, trees, airport texture set thrown in.

That sounds great. Right now I'm running GEX and some of the UTX stuff with cloud9's landclass but stll not happy with the way things look.
