The Texas Rangers finally made it to the Fall Classic. They sent the Yankees home for a change. Ha! I think I'm still in shock. Us long suffering fans can feel a sense of relief.

Should be a fun series to watch vs. the Giants.

I watched it all up to the final Rangers Yankees game which was on at the airport in Atlanta the night I came home. The First Officer passed on the news when it was all over. There were no Yankees fans among the passengers - not one! One of the reasons I go to America in October is because I love the World Series and I can't undertand why it isn't shown in the UK. It seems to be later than usual this year so I'm going to miss it but I'm afraid I'm fairly confident the Giants are going to win.

I don't watch much sports on tv at all. But when the Series go the full 7 games, it gets exciting!

Me? I think I will root for the Rangers!
