    Musee Royal de Armee, Brussels

    Just had an enjoyable weekend in Brussels, thought you'd like to see some pics of this great Museum, i was worried it would be closed when i got there as it due for refurbishment but thats been delayed till September.

    Actually, the Mossie is an NF30, as pictured here. The standard 'bull' nose for the AI Mk X radar was actually made of clear plastic but most often painted over. Occasionally, as with some of the Belgian NF's, they weren't.

    Ian, first of all a happy birthday and I wish you many more in good health! Thanks for the nice pictures and I'm glad you were able to visit the museum.

    Lefty already gave the answer on the question about the Mosquito. When Ome Joop and I visited the Museum last month André took a picture from the nose which clearly shows the radar antenna.
