    Good day,

Is it just me, or is this model missing navigation lights?
There should be a red and green light on either side near the cockpit (the bulbs are modeled), and one white light on the end of the tail, about a quarter of the way up (no bulb modeled there).
The only thing I am getting is a red anti-collision beacon, and a single (should be double) landing light.
Also, if I simply activate the lights using the "L" key, I get a strange white graphic artifact near the engine intakes, and appearing over the top windows of the VC.

Anybody else run across these issues?

This is probably the wrong place, but is there a Mil Mi-26 in the works? That beastie would be great to have for FS9 & FSX.

The lights do need looking at, I guess the nav lights have been left off due too them being hidden behind the armour plates on the Afgahnistan model, but the landing lights are also in need of a fix, maybe with shockwave lights. Anyhow i'm back off into me paint shack, still got the belly and fuel tank details to finnish on my masters.

The SAR scheme looks great, Steve!

I like the combination of the former NVA (East German Army) camo and the Bundeswehr markings, applied in 1990. You might tweak the "SAR" lettering some more, as it obviously was sprayed on by stencil some kind of hasty, as shown here:

    Looking foreward to it!

    Cheers,
    Markus.

Just a heads up. It seems the package has just been updated over at Avsim.su. From what i can see there is one more model and one more repaint but the lights have not been updated.
