ETO Configuration Override Help

Had ETO Expansion running on a W7/64 rig (2048 textures) for some time and now for some reason I keep getting a configuration override out of date error. Config.exe seems to be acting strange too. I double click it and it doesn't auto run, I have to click "file" and then default settings. It does register the correct vid card after running. Tried moding it for 2048 and just leaving it on default, even deleted the unlimitedpilots, view and uisel xml's (under Application Data, etc.) - no dice. All I have done to it recently was add some skins and stand alones. KTO and PTO are running fine. Any help would be much appreciated.

That error is almost always a vid driver related issue.... Any time that I update drivers I get the same error. The fact that it doesn't autorun is strange however.

Pied - I haven't updated the vid driver recently either. KTO & PTO have the same config override settings as ETO and they're working fine. It just doesn't make any sense.
