Premier Aircraft Design's Do328-110. Nice work guys, although it's technically not a -110 since it's missing the spoilers.
Other than that, the rendition is okay, although I think my version is way better in terms of modeling. Then again, you just wanted to get the whole thing done in due time and not spend a few dozen months on the exterior alone like me. Heh.
I like your VC gauges, especially the EICAS!
So congratulations on the first "complete" rendition of the Do-328 series in MSFS freeware history, PAD!
Vitus' Blériot IX. A recent version with a completely new fuselage frame, soundset and the latest airfile. Couldn't see the supposed RPM-dependant smoke effects. Might be a missing .fx file. The sound didn't sound much differently to the last version I've flown, but the soundset isn't done yet. Visually, the fuselage framewaork somehow looks better. I can't remember the wood cracks in the VC right above the throttle lever for example.
The new airfile makes her a royal beech to fly. I couldn't manage to bring her farther than one and a half kilometers without panthering everything.
Might need to ask Vitus for hints on flying this thing.
Ivan Juréaga's MiG-21F on approach to Gnoien airfield. The GDR air force once in a while really used the rough field capabilities of their fighters by sending a squadron to one of those emergency grass strips. Landing a touchy fighter on soft grass is a challenge on its own, so needless to say I really panthered up a few seconds after.
The airfield is part of another project of mine, namely getting at least one east german airfield and fighter squadron back on track. So far I've done a small object library containing of hardened shelters, grass blast walls and concrete blast shields (both in various sizes) and lamp posts, but that's a lot less than required for a believable rendition (the FSX default objects just don't cut it for eastern bloc installations). The plan is to have Neubrandenburg AB in a hybrid modern and 1990 state and filled with appropriate traffic (so far on the list: An-24, An-2 and MiG-21MF in generic east german colors) which flies between the air base and the airfield at Gnoien as well as the temporary relief base at Heringsdorf (which, interestingly enough has been a hybrid civilian/military airport ever since the 1950s to 1990).
Let's see when I get everything done...
P.S: Sorry for the awful camera angle in the last four screenshots. Wheelcam decided to kick the bucket and left me with the default spot camera only. :/
