When this came out I did consider making a purchase. However the review video, which I saw, put me off because of the non working flaps. I've just checked the Icarus site and unfortunately the listings of models they have for sale don't have version numbers. So you could easily end up buying a model which hasn't been updated in over a year. Their support forums aren't of much help because the last posts, concerning the Gladiator, are over a year old. I think if you want to know if the flaps have been fixed it's a case of contacting Icarus and just asking.

The flaps do animate and the airfile fix works reasonably well.

seems than that you really don't know nothing about us..gladiator as all other aircrafts HAVE version number plus they had at least three updates each one (most the same week they were on sales) don't want be rude but i am just tired to read someone is not customer or MISTERIOUSLY are not our customers but they have the aircraft and talk we are not supporting and bla bla bla....could be this the reason because i don't go with new models since one year? yes tired. So you could easily end up buying a model which hasn't been updated in over a year
Icarus, unfortunately the site does look the same as it did months ago, no new information at all. It's a reasonable assumption that the current Gladiator is still the one with no flaps in the airfile. I'm sorry you're fed up, but now you're here perhaps you can clear this up for us - does the latest version of the Glad' have a modified airfile with flaps that work? Thanks.
