Uploading to new addons server?

Hello all! The new website looks awsome! I have the Skin pack for Mr. Conrad's AN-32 ready to upload im
just not sure how I dident see the upload new files tab but then again it's late and i may be in dire need of sleep lol

I know the Addon Server is currently a WIP. It's quite possible they haven't gotten that far yet. Still a lot to do.
