    First Lord of Admiralty = "political" head of the RN

    23 No, scuttles.

    24 Andrew Miller (after a zealous officer who worked the pressgang).

    25 A battleship or battle-cruiser.

    26 The Admiralty.

    27 Corvettes.

    28 The First Lord is a Cabinet Minister, The First Sea Lord is an Admiral, and Chief of Naval Staff.

    29 Third Officer.

    30 The St. George's Cross on a white ground, with red balls in the upper and lower cantons.
