CFS3 Configuration Question?

I just upgraded my Nivdia display drivers this evening. In the CFS3 overrides I noticed the following two checked off.

"Disable Water Reflection" and "Disable Water Animation."

I cannot remember if I had checked these off or not. What would happen if I cleared the two for use?

These are usually un-checked to save on frame rates. If you check them you get those effects, un-check them you don't get those effects..

The configuration is set up my vanilla CFS3, CFS MOD, ETO and MAW. I will look at each one, before changing them.
