    Hi-Res scenery question

    I downloaded and activated the scenery Parker-Carson Stolport (2Q5)
    Carson City, Nevada By Dustin Mosher and had a question. The airport itself is superb and I wish all ground textures could look so good. But I believe there is a Hi-Res area surrounding it which on my machine looks featureless, see below. That dark patch in the light-colored area is 2Q5. The rest is UT and Diaz's clouds. Other times I have tried Hi-Res sceneries they mostly look like this plain lavendery-tan wasteland devoid of 3-d structures. Is it my machine or my settings or what?
