Nothing overclocked here. Just a psu with a dodgy fan that's been making noise for a couple of years now. Going to go get a new one here in a bit.

Got a new psu, installed it and it sprang to life, then died about 3 seconds later .
So I put the old one back in, left the "cowling" (side cover) off and am running it until I can get back to the shop where I got the new one tomorrow. It's running a lot cooler now than it has for a long time.
So, I'm going to try and finish this thing again. El samo precision time guesstimate of 3:35:00.
Fingers crossed...knocking on wood...

Third time's the charm! Safe in Melbourne with a green duenna for the finish line.

Well done Willy! Congratulations and welcome to Melbourne. Beech seems to be a precision animal. A drink to you.

Thanks guys! I can't take any credit for the precision flight estimate. domlimpio did pretty good with it so I just used his numbers as I sure didn't have a clue. To be honest, I didn't think I'd be getting that close anyway. :ernae: to olli for his numbers.
Now to do it again in the Cessna Skymaster!
