How to change "night" mission to "day" Mission?

I changed the "time" from "22:00" to "09:00" but when I start the training mission it is still at night?

The CFS3 game engine is based upon GMT, therefore because the Solomons are in a different time zone 2200 hours will be during the daylight hours.

I tried to change some of my ETO night missions to daylight and some worked and others didnt. I know the Belfast blitz missions which are GMT didnt . They made the game crash. When I replaced the mission with the original back up it worked again.
