Official A2A Simulations Piper Cub Patch Video

Once again, I'll keep it short and sweet. The patch will be out very soon.

    Enjoy!

Absolutley Fab! The paddle is an awesome idea!
"What do you hear?" "Nothing but the rain!" "Then grab your gun and bring the cat in!" "Boom, boom, boom!"

That's a great job on the landing using water. The last time I heard about that a kid had stolen his father's plane and was trying this for kicks. He had neither a PPL nor a driver's license (revoked). The end was predictable.

This would be the great way to practice that technique.

I'm really happy with the water behaviour. I tried that with the original version but it just didn't work and always threw me back up into the air. That's gonna rock. The paddling I like too, the towing is nice but I don't care much for it hehe. Still, thanks A2A for improving what already is a very detailed FS plane!

Now we'll have to have contests for who can paddle their plane the farthest and fastest...against the wind!

Will you need the Accusim option to do these features? I don't own it but I have been considering purchasing the Cub. Not sure if the Accusim upgrade is worth it for this airplane?

Accusim offers so much more for the Cub...the sounds, the engine management, etc, etc...it really brings this plane alive in ways that are unique. Highly recommended.

I'd agree with this....accusim adds the "soul" to this addon. Without it it's just another (albeit very good) aircraft shell.

The Accusim is a MUST have for realism.
And as for the tundra tire/water part....I am blown away. I have been wanting that for a good while. Thanks Scott and crew.

Maybe see who can reach takeoff speed with the paddle first!

You could always soak an old sports sock in manky pond water and toss it into a dark corner under the desk. You'll soon have that authentic floater smell then!

Please be aware that A2A will accept no claims for Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI's) from anyone who attempts this! :isadizzy:

During beta testing I paddled across the small lake in Ian P's new 'Lewisporte' scenery in Newfoundland and I can tell you my arm/hand ached when I got to the other side! :isadizzy:
