    To stick with red, white and blue. Photo was taken in 2011, but the aircraft (only one example was built) already flew in 1981.

    Correct about the Beechcraft (Bonanza/Debonair) connection, although it is also reported as original design (!?)
    The aircraft has the colours of the flag of the country of origin (I donot mean the USA).
    The country where it was built is not generally known for its aircraft industry.
    The ........ was reportedly aimed at the country`s air force as trainer.

    You are correct. The star in the tail is the Romanian AF "roundel"
