I've seen this wee beastie before, but with a different tail arrangement. I suspect Wout can give us chapter and verse.
OK, nobody else biting. This one is, of course, the Aвиа Аккорд from 1991-ish. Here's the original version which had Russian engines. They had to be replaced with Teledyne Continentals due to certification issues, and the aircraft became a 6-seater with beefed-up tail gear.
