Moses03, can understand why you think Romania (colours?).But, much closer
    to home!
Tip: registration was later used again for next design of the gentleman/company in question (and it is not a homebuilt).

    I think I did it, silence Moses03 and Lefty. I get drunk to-nite !
Hints: it is USA 1964. After this beauty the designer created a low wing twin
(8 built) and a low wing twin pusher (still available and at least 3 built to-date) with B787 style windows. Purpose of his aircraft was not per se commercial, but he believed the aircraft were needed.

Well I found it eventually - the early Evangel prototype.

Funnily enough, I posted the later model in this forum some time ago,(Nov 2008), but knew nothing about this baby at the time !

Here is the Evangel 4500. Any resemblance between this and the first prototype is, er, hard to find !

Why am I not surprised Lefty found it?.
It is indeed the Evangel I and the registration N4501L was later re-used on the first (low wing) Evangel 4500. As all designs of Carl A.Mortenson, the Evangel 1 was aimed at mission relief work. In 1996 he wrote me that this aircraft was not performing to satisfaction (too much drag) and thats why the low wing Evangel 4500 was born.

Lefty, please make life difficult again with the next one !!

Wout, the chances of me finding anything aeronautical that you haven't seen are about as good as finding a Scotsman without a thirst.........

Quite sure this will be meat & drink to the maestro, but others may not instantly recognise this exotic....

But I'll have a stab at an I.Ae 31 Colibri.(rear cockpit doesn't look like any pics I have seen, but everything else fits including the tail livery !)

the IAe.31 Colibri it is. Reason for the different canopy is because the third example was completed with a transparent rear cockpit section and cut-down rear fuselage.

There was a good site for Argentinian aircraft which seems to have disappeared.....

Anyway, this substantial machine is not Argentinian. Or even South American.
