Well done Mike
Actually that picture is of the prototype VH-I, but I don't the think the later ones had anything different externally.
Over to you.....

er...Attachment 13230
Anyway, here's another taildragger - this one appears to have a steering wheel...
Attachment 13231
Thanks Lefty concerning additional information on the Viberti's and for the taildragger's reg number (bad grammar I'm afraid...)
Anyway here goes my beautiful and unlucky mystery
Cheers
BG
Not getting anywhere fast with this, BG. Thought there was a lot of Levasseur there, but can't find this one.... Think I'm in the right country though ????
Looks French to me as well, but nothing has turned up yet. Do you have a larger/better photo BG?
Thanks for the clue, BG - it therefore has to be the Farman F-130 ?
Blah! Could not make out the squared off tail in BG's photo which would have been a quick giveaway.
Right - let's see if we can raise Wout with this one......
Hi Mike
It worked. Postponing my hibernation.
This beauty is one of the SGP-222 Flamingo twins from Austria (SGP-Simmering-Graz-Pauker).
View the window arrangement my guess is this is the third prototype.
Think it's the third, Walter - OE-FEB. Very smart-looking machine. Over to you -
Hmmmm. Got the 'A' right! Trouble is I was thinking Argentina! Nice looking kite though.
Keith
Another twin. Had seen better times when this pic was made.
Hi Walter, your derelict looks a lot like the Constructions Aeronautics Taliedo Q.R.14 Levriero.
Hi Kevin
Maybe the reason is that it is the QR-14!
I understand that this unique twin was a pre-war C.A.T. design, not entirely completed during the war and then after 1945 finished by a company named Marinavia.
May I invite you, sir!
Moses special- A sleek twin boom pusher.
Hi Kevin
You still keep the original landing gear in your garage?
Think you're right, Walter. That photo looks awfully airbrushed to me -this must be the MoseCraft Special, running on mescal........
Walter has obviously sniffed this one out!
This is the second version with the tricycle gear. Powered with a Continental C-85.
Hi Kevin
Donot know what is worse (or nicer?) mescal or sniffing. I deny everything !
The LIT (Lawrence Institute of Technology) Special (or Chappy) was a Formula One (Goodyear) racer. N138C and race #29.
Original gear consisted of twin main wheels under the fuselage and small outrigger wheels under the tail fins.
If I understand well, the aircraft could still survice in the LIT in Detroit, Mich. (anyone can confirm?)
Not sure on the whereabouts but it is indeed the Chappy.
Have at it.
