Finally arrived at this thread at the right time....looks like a Anderson Greenwood AG-14...although checking more there are some differences

I donot think this one had a military background. Not visible in the photo are the leading edge slats and the T-tail (except for the bracing struts).
It seems to bear the design hallmarks of an ancient Yak.....
