No. The designer was actually born in Austria. Trainer, production in double figures. One survives.
It's the Sparman type S1A, 1935, produced for the Swedish army, but don't know much more, except that I should have seen it a long time ago in Linkoping, the Swedish museum where he's resting.

Kevin, I think your floater might be the Clinger CL-1 from 1934. If correct, OH please.
I think you're spot-on with the Clinger, John, but I don't think it's a floater !
