Biplane=good, triplane=better, so let's add two more and we get the..?

Sorry to spoil the run; Ferry; but couldn't resist this one - there are not many Ferry posts go by without one of Anthony's babies appearing - and this is one - a Fokker V8 ?

Don't mind the biplanes that have a little style. It's the generic looking ones that drain my lifeforce. Trolled aviafrance pretty good looking for that Loire. Must have skipped over it!

    This one looks like the...

So did I. Trouble is, only looked under Bombers and Transports - the Loires were under Reconnaissance. Typical Gallic deviousness.
Came across a three-engined job - the Avimeta - but no pics - you got any ?

Did the same thing with the bombers and transports. Doh!

I do have a Avimeta 132 in the archives. Looks like one I saved from a Flight International troll some time ago.

Rgr. Been looking at Brits from the start. Must be a one-off engine mod.

It's a prototype, which later had its unusual spinner removed.

I don't have a clue either. Looks very much like a student project to me. I'll say Armstrong Whitworth as I don't have that Putnams.

    Best wishes

OK. I'm claiming a glass of something here.

This can't really be described as a student project - Messrs William Beardmore & Co.would be a bit upset, as major contractors to the Admiralty !

I left saltires littered all over the place to indicate a Scottish builder - it is a Beardmore W.B.II

    Back to my favourite combination - a pusher/floater !
