fsx smoke bug help!

can someone please help me i got this annoying smoke effect bug heres some pics





if anyone knows a fix for this please let me know or if i have to reinstall my flight sim again let me know thank you guys

You appear to have a bad smoke sffect file...

have you installed any addons lately just before this happened? If so look and see if they / it might have written another file into your effects folder with the same name..

I can send you new effects files for smoke if you need...

Just send me an e mail and I'll sent them on to you..

thank you i installed the iris t-6 texan and the shortly afterwards this happened mabye because i havent gotten the update on the site yet should i do that first?

YUp...Try the patch first..Hopefully thats the fix cause there are tons of FX effect files..narrowing down the correct ones might be a problem as its exhaust and touchdown too...

thank you harleyman it worked i think the smoke texture was either deleted or corrupted and it is fixed thanks a ton mate
