Just squeezed in a short hop in the AS RF-84F out of Seattle/Tacoma Washington. Grabbed a few screenies of the Alpha Birdie wearing a new skin I did up for her as the initial workup of a paint kit.

Tried to squeeze in a nice 25 minute flight from KMFD (Mansfield Lahm) to the OSU strip in Columbus, but ATC turned it into a 45 minute ordeal...so I had to abort the flight after 25 minutes with 20 minutes remaining in the flight. No more ATC crap for my flights!

Flying the Antonov AN-14. Can't remember who did the plane, but it is a true work of art. Need to really develop a better sound pack for the plane at some point. And do up a paint job for it to reflect my virtual cargo and passenger line which I call "We ain't crashed yet, so stop screaming already!"

Flying over North Central Ohio is flat and boring, but the clouds looked nice thanks to FSMetars and Pablo Diaz's HDE V2 package. Gusty winds in the area today...and the AN-14 was getting rocked around a good bit at 4,000 feet.

    Some screenies.

Hey Tim - is that the one with the "first aid kit" on the rear bulkhead?

    Brothers Antonov

Well I was pootling around Prague in this little plane - thanks for the link - when I found its bigger sibling...

Amazing that they both can fly... the little Pchelka can take off before it passes the nose of the Ruslan, which in turn can carry the equivalent of about 100 little brothers.

So after a long hiatus of flying, I decided to fire up ole FS9 and this was the current weather over Germany on the way to Heathrow....

Actually a quick jaunt over Oahu but if you squint and use your imagination you could be on dawn patrol over the Black Sea....
