Yep. Just picked it up this weekend. After wading through the documentation, installation, set up, and finally discovering a little known secret about reseting the controls befor every flight (if engines are shut down) I fianlly got to take some flying lessons!

    Sweet airplane!

I must say, that the VRS bug was probably one of my most personally anticipated addons EVER. And I have never been more dissappointed with anything FS related than I was with the superhornet. But, to each his own. I am glad you like it. And nice screenie!

Just out of curiosity, what dissappointed you about it?
WWI started because some bloke called Archie Duke shot an ostrich because he was hungry.

    Idaho 'Hog Farmer

Yep, had to get up with the sun and toss some slop to this hungry Idaho Hog.

I know the Alphasim A-10 is getting long in the tooth, or is that tusk when dealing with a Warthog, but I still love this plane. Had it down, way down, in the Grand Canyon last night...just a couple dozen feet up off the surface of the Colorado River. Stayed down in the canyon for a good 20 minutes before I dipped my left wing tip into the mighty Colorado and turned my Hog into a fish.

The Aerosoft A10 was one of my first add-ons, it is still just as good as any military aircraft available today, well in my opinion anyway.

it is when it works..I can run it on my laptop (vista) with its 'opengl' graphics etc etc no probs,
but it absolutely won't fly on my home rig with more ram, better (nvidia) graphics and windows xp..
I set the controls before every flight but still get the divergent yaw that becomes uncontrollable..and thats using same flightstick I use on laptop..so go figure?

Honestly, many things. I would prefer to not bash the product, so suffice it to say that my expectations were too high.

Sorry to hear that. I had heard and read nothing but good things before I finally bought it and then only after I waited a long time after it's release. My only issue so far is the one I described above regarding having to reinitialize the flight control system on every start up. Took it up last night for a while and pushed it (and myself ) pertty hard and not one hic-up!

Well, I guess we've turned this into an attempted hi-jacking! What say we get back to what makes us go WOW! about FS9.

    Sorry everyone.
