Where can I get the CFS3 3.1a Patch, as I need it for the CFS3 ETO, but cannot find it anywhere, please link me up,

I want to go back to my CFS 3 game and then install Over Flanders Field. I have the patches in my files that I downloaded when I first
bought the game. They no longer install. Like previous forum entry, I get an error. The microsoft web site that contained the patches
no longer exists. I cannot install OFF because in one window that occurs during its installation, it states that I have only version 3.0
and must have version 3.1. Anybody got a newer download of the patch ?

Thank you very much. I just got around to the download because I am in process of transferring all data from present computer to
an external hard drive. I have bought a new computer with graphics card Nvidia GTX960 2GB. Then will start the slow process of
transferring most of data from old model.
