i also like Good Eats, because he goes into the science of cooking. It almost feels like that old show "Mr. Wizard" haha....my wife doesn't like him tho; i think she likes that Tyler guy...

Heston Blumenthal's shows by miles, In Search of Perfection, and Kitchen Chemistry amongst others. Also Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's shows are quite enjoyable to watch.

    Lionheart, re: 15 Bean Stew

I been making the same bean stew for a number of years now. It's good stuff in the winter. The only difference with mine is I haven't used onion soup mix and use my own mix of dried herbs. Have to give to onion soup mix a try next time I make it.

Favorite cooking show is Everyday Italian. As long as Giada keeps wearing those low-cut tops, I'll keep watching. Sometimes, I even remember what she was cooking.

My wife and daughter like to watch "the Platinum Porcupine", Guy Fieri. I like Rachael Ray, her recipes are easy which is the way I want it. I don't want to spend the entire day in the kitchen, like you have to with some of Alton Brown's good eats.

Justin Wilson was great, he liked it spicey, which suits me just fine.

Jeff Smith, the "Frugal Gourmet", lost his show when he was accused of sexual misconduct by some of the young men who worked for him. Nothing was ever proven, but his insurance company settled the cases out of court.

Not a cooking show, but I regularly watch Diners Dives and Drive-ins and as for how to cook I watch Rachel Ray and Ramsey's F-Word when I can catch it on the BBC.

Triple-D is such a good show! But it comes on late in LA, so it makes my wife and I super hungry when we watch it in bed. We usually have to get up for some snacks after.
