    D drive

It just dawned on me when you guys install FS9 on another drive that I should do that also.
Can I remove every thing from the D drive and move FS9 to the D drive?
Will UT still work that is in program files, or do I move that also?

no,don't just use 'move' option, it will cause a few headaches...the basic procedure is this (similar to installing Bill Lyon's 'Golden Wings')

1)temporarily rename the fs9.exe program on your 'c' drive to something like fs9.exe.bak (this allows installer to work)
    2) install fs9 (using all the cd's and any update) to your 'd' drive
    3) then cut and paste contents of 'c' fs9 folder except for scenery.cfg, scenery.dat and the renamed fs9.exe.bak to 'd' fs9 (fs2004) folder, overwriting any existing folders etc.
    4) for add-ons ( I don't have UT) you'll need to re-run their installers to point them to the new fs9 location
5)finally restart fs9 and add-in all the add-on scenery via the settings/scenery library options (this avoids getting cfg errors on start up as old scenery.cfg will be pointing to a no longer valid location.)
6)only when 100% happy delete the c drive fs2004 folder and its' contents

if youre not 100% confident that you won't mess up somewhere, then leave it (fs9) where it is.

    hope this helps

I used "Junction Link Magic". Copied my FS9 install to "H Drive", confirmed the copy. Deleted the contents only for FS9 folder on my "C Drive". Then linked the new folder, "Drive H", to the empty folder, "Drive C". When ever I install something, I do not have to change the directory. And my other addons still think FS9 is in its original location. Just a thought.
