Looking at this picture of a D4Y4 "Judy" I can see that she is not carrying the 800Kg. bomb neither the under fuselage extra impulse rockets that equipped this kamikaze variant. It seems also that this Suisei is carrying two crew members (or perhaps three!) not only the sole kamikaze pilot. My conclusion is that when this photo was taken this D4Y4 was performing a standard dive bombing mission.
