It's not as easy as one would think. It's a pure pitch and power to set speed and rate of climb. It has no in flight controllable elevator trim but at 1400 RPM will fly hands off at 66 mph which in level flight is as fast as she goes. Taxing one needs to hold full aft stick as she has a tendency to pitch nose down (we're trying to tame that) and on final again pure pitch and power but with the large wing area and light weight she doesn't like to come down and needs to be flown onto the runway as flaring before touchdown will cause a climb and if at low speed a stall. Its great for honing basic piloting skills without the amenities and has great visibility over the nose for scenery spotting

It looks like a subject for GAS and so it definitely fits! I look forward to taking her up for a flight.
