Ickie, just in case you don't know yet: The C-47 has been posted in the Flightsim.com download section but the file is not on their server, instead everyone who wants to download from Flightsim.com gets the SOH Warbirds Library file link... Obviously the SOH server got hammered.

Unfortunately those aren't true FlightSim downloads. The download states on the front page it is a "Remote" download. Guess what that remote site is. SOH!

Something doesn't smell quite right about that. Just sayin'.

I thought that was odd too. Never seen "remote" download before on Flightsim.

It does say in the remote when you hover on it that it points here to SOH, and they do say in their write up that it is here. They also state they would be proud to host it if they had permission to do so. This would be up to Jan and crew, of course.

    Hot-linking [datamining] should be prohibited.
    Certainly unfair on your supporters...

I was lucky enough to download both the first night they were released. The past couple of days when I got the slammed servers message, I certainly knew why. Nice work Ickie, it's amazing how a couple of great releases at the same time increase your workload.

I'll second that. Not only that, but he decided to quit smoking when all this started. What a guy. Thanks, Ickie.
