    Icon22 Revised DP's for OH F4U-1A & Allen's F4U-1 by Dasuto247!

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Other Add-Ons

Description: These are DP adjustments for the OH F4U1A and Allen's F4U1.

Noticed in many models we don't actually have six .50 cal machine guns that actually fire, but four guns with two that are more a facade than anything. I noticed in DBOLTS F4U 1D this was remedied as in some P-47's that actually have eight functioning guns and gave a nice representation of the destructive power. So I changed the guns around in the OH -1A and Allen -1 so they have 6 functioning .50 cal guns, works nicely. Also adjusted ammo so have 2400 rounds total to match history. I deleted the bombs and external tanks in the -1 DP as to my knowledge -1's never carried either in combat. -1A's were field modified by VF-17 for a strike in Feb 1944 and became common in 44, and the-1D came built with bomb racks etc.

Not a problem, some of my CFS 2 specific OCD lol. Also, with 6 guns noticed 50's has marked improvement in performance. F4U's were fairly easy as had example, now on to the F6F's
