Been watching this on our Oz SBS...delighted to see the idiot spectators being nudged into the barriers they should have been behind. One by a motorcycle TV camera crew, one by a rider who had just had his derailleur collapse and had to wait until his support crew could reach him. It took a couple of backhanders from the rider before that idiot got the message, that he was being herded towards the barrier with the vertical drop on the other side.

People are really stupid. You probably also have seen the scene when Nibali twice or three times had to push away spectators at the Tuesday stage while he was climbing alone to Andalo and loosing additional time.
