Nothing fancy, just took some quick shots to get my short list in:

IRIS F-16D. . . .This is the tail No. I flew

The first Fighter I was assigned to out of Tech School

Worked on the T-33 while at Perrin AFB in the late 60's

I would also add the F-4 Phantom, which I worked on for 5 years at Carswell AFB

Always been keen on the early Vampires, they remind me of square rigger MG roadsters.

The F-86 is another favourite, very resonant of the times.

Striker, listen, and you listen close: flying a plane is no different than riding a bicycle, just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes.

That would be a long, long list from me.....

Aerosoft F-14, F-16 and Lightning, Lotus L-39, Iris Warthog, M2M F-15E, Bear Studios J-10 and the Flankers, Just Flight Canberra and Tornado, Restauravia Mirage III, Razbam Harrier, Dino Goshawk and F-35, Virtavia Skyhawk; those are usually the first ones I install first when reinstalling FsX. Might have missed a few though.. ;-)

As you most likely already exected I hardly fly jets in FSX. When I fly them it is most often to explore scenery in a bit higher pace.

I absolutely love the look of Dino's models and I think his F-14 is a real master piece, but somehow these modern jets are not really the thing for me.

The Restauravia Mirage III and Dave Garwood's Hunter are often used, but the ones below are are the most common ones.

    Tim "Piglet" Conrad's T-33

    Tim "Piglet" Conrad's F-5

    Flight Replica's Me262 (FS9 model)

I guess after all these years, this is still my number one jet power aircraft in FSX. It's easy for me to fly, doesn't kill my frame rates, and has a nice sound set.

I don't have any books on the Ford. One of these days, I'll get around to painting some though as I've got a bunch of pics saved that I found on the net.

Hardly a surprise from me.. the Skysim Sea Vixen FAW1 is my most flown jet. DG's Hunters are close behind..

I always have a Phantom and a Lightning installed..

It'd be very easy to let one more join the list.. and another.. and another.. and another

Thought it only existed as a FS98 plane....but here it is in FSX...[very average graphically...but does have a VC]

I always liked the Ruskie Hustler....ever since I saw photos of it in the 60's...

Have you noticed the promised increase in performance with the Tonka Dave? I'd still like to get one but the demo version (which I understand is tooled up to the pre NEW SP spec) was still too heavy on my rig.
