Shouldn't that be the Washington Miss Columbia?

It is! Suds for Uli.
Not sure what became of it. The Washington Aeroplane Company was partially financed by Emile Berliner if I recall correctly.
Should mention that Lefty scored some style points as the Gyro engine was a rotary arrangement.
This one should have appeared here before but I couldn’t find it.

According to his name, I would never associate this manufacturer with aircraft, but he produced several (mostly military) types from 1916 to 1922.

According to one source this is the first commercial plane of that company, a four-seater.

Ordnance Engineering Co. is indeed a strange name for an aircraft manufacturer.
That should be the Orenco Tourister, Uli.
Strange enough, indeed
Over to the German low-lands

The manufacturer who made this flivver is in contrast well known for building aircraft.
Pascale Brothers Partenavia P-48-B Astore.
Congratulation, Mike.
Thought that this mystery would last a bit longer.
It is the Partenavia Astore of course.
Over to Scotland, please.
Any time you want a Piper clone ID'd, Robert, look no further..........
(Seriously, the reason for my answer - I normally lose the will to live when machines like this turn up - is that somewhere in the dark recess of the mind, those three stripes struck a chord...)
Time for the water -
Carlo, that was a quick and deadly reply ! Yes, it is the Martinsyde floater which went to Canada. Over to Italy.... hot hot hot ????
Thanks Lefty!
I give you an overview of temperatures (Arezzo area) for the next few days:
Thu 28° Fri 30° Sat and Sun 32° Mon and Tue 34° (Having said that over the last three days we could breath again with cooler temperatures and fresh winds)
Ok here I go with my next mystery (sorry for the poor pic but I couldn't find a better one)
Cheers
Carlo

I.A.R.15?
I think it was last summer we had a week of 44-45 deg.C.
My brother-in-law (who wasn't well) died in his flat as a result - ambulance officers "estimated" the temperature was around 49 deg.C inside. For some inexplicable reason he never turned his air-conditioning unit on.
Tis a hot planet in places.
If you fellows are feeling the heat, you are very welcome to join me in the East of Scotland, where, after a few false starts, we are still waiting for summer to arrive !
Currently a bracing 14°C and breezy....and you wonder why we drink warm beer.....
Hi Green!
Yes she's the IAR15....I'm distressed to learn about your brother-in-law's Death due to heat...yes heat can be a killer and we have to take all precautions against heat waves and yes Italy and in general the w...anyway your turn please…
Carlo
hole mediterranean area is becoming a semi-tropical zone
Not just the Mediterranean. Temperatures reaching 39º are predicted for Western France next week. Maybe we should all go to Scotland!
Green, sorry about your brother-in-law.
We are pretty much locked in at about 97F for the next two months but then again that is normal for this region.
I hate to deprive Carlo of another hit, but this looks like the Ambrosini A.R. (Assalto Radioguidato - flying bomb) to me.
Mi dispiace,Carlo...
