This leg is proving challenging. Having crashed (for an unknown reason, engine just died) and quickly re-started, I have failed to reset Duenna. I'll need to use screen shots of the flight following arrival.

No worries mate, sometimes the Duenna doesn't quite reset properly after a crash, you may need to restart the duenna. Obviously too late now but if you have that issue again.
