    The F7F-3P (2-seater) is 10 MPH slower and the -3N is 13 MPH slower. That's why we have always used the -3 single seat.

    Ahh the confusion with the drop tank. Also note the speeds with the different versions. The -1 being a bit under 400tas, -3 a bit over 400tas, and the La Patrona is quite a bit faster.

    All the FSX native versions are "hot"; that's why we need Tom to revisit the flight model for RTWR eligibility.
