Thank you for this paint Mr. Jafo
I think the importantest thing is....The Tucano is simply a prettier aircraft...

Salut! appreciate all your work, the repaints really spiff an already neat aircraft creation by Tim.

I think I've finished this one....trendy chrome leading edges and spinner...not exactly 'camo'...

    Edit....forgot the tail badge...

Tim's a rare breed - I flew most of his stuff with GREAT pleasure!

I believe there was some package with French repaints somewhere. I had them in my FSX back in time. There was this white/orange, and another one which was grey. I don't remember the package name or where I got it, but I found some old shots I did at that time:

One of Piglet's best models for sure

    For sure!

Here is a close of one of Paul's repaints in my box FSX sim. Brings new life to that model.

That grey one is about as easy as it gets....I can do it..

Most of the French grey 312's are a darker grey/blue...so I'll chuck that colour into the layers and spit out the result.

There are several paints by others around...but they'd require consent to redo and upload...and so far I'm not having much luck with the contacting....namely the Flying Masters one...

    Told ya it wasn't hard...

Probably should change the serial though...

  16. #191
Changed the serial to a real one for the grey...
    Finished....

I found one pic of a USAF 'camo' one..... dunno anything about it though.
If I can find more pics I'll give it a go...

Looking very good. Will go great with Skydesigners Salon de Provence airbase.

Latest uploaded here... T6 Texan colours....had to adjust it...the ventral stabilizers needed to be white to match the 6.

Meanwhile....I've still only found one photo of this one....so know next to nothing about it....

Edit....Hell of a problem when you have no idea what it looks like underneath...

Assumed the underside was the light grey....
...about as far as I can go with it on one photo....

If you're gonna have a squadron of them you're gonna need more serials...

    I kinda noticed that too

Thought I'd do one via the wings first and fuse second [opposite from my usual approach]...
    Here's an early one...

Note...the spec's not done so it'll look odd...

    Edit....done the left fuse...and spec....getting there slowly.
