Hi there. Rob gave me his basic psd texture files to work with when he first started the Pembroke. Drop him an email on his site and ask him for a copy. Ii would not be appropriate for me to pass out a copy of mine.
    Cheers, Peter

PS Both paints are now up on FlightSim.com

Beautiful work, I've been waiting for that RAF scheme, its what the model has been crying out for!

Latest RAF paint - WV733 as when used by HQ Flying Training Command Communications Flight, based at RAF White Waltham. I flew as a passenger in this aircraft in July 1966 from White Waltham to Bovingdon via Northolt when I was in the ATC No 2F Watford Squadron. WV733 was delivered to Bovingdon for a Service.

    cheers, Peter W

Another earlier RAF paint, this time the personal airceft of the C-in-C Bomber Command, based at RAF High Wycombe(Booker). Still flying in Sweden. A couple more RAF paints to go then on to the non-British ones!

Mine too! but probably because I flew in her in those markings. If you have any close up pics of the RDAF pembroke stencil markings I would be grateful. I would feel rather silly putting RAF stencils on the paint (which I intend to be the only one with dayglo 69-692).

    cheers, Peter

I'm afraid I cannot really be of any help with the stencils.

I only know a handful of pictures of the Danish air force Pembrokes, and none of them are really close up enough to show any marking details.

(The 692! That's the one I was hoping you would paint. My cup runneth over ...).

Thanks for all the RAF repaints - memories of a CCF camp at Wildenrath in the '70s ...... any chance of a 152 Sqdn repaint complete with "fighter" squadron markings ?

    Peter,

Do not profess to be a mind reader - but many thanks nevertheless !

For some pictures of Danish Pembrokes, including two of 692, there is this thread:

    http://www.ipms.dk/forum/viewtopic.php?p=13663

I don't know if they are useful at all.

The Esk .722 badge seems to be the old variant with the rescue dog, link to a picture here (from http://www.flvskjolde.dk):

Many thanks, the esk722 badge will be very useful. Rob has modelled the alternate nose cone for the export version of the Pembroke but has not released it yet as I am working on a Luftwaffe scheme for him to use with it. (This is why OY-AVA is not yet released). This model will be needed for most export versions other than Swedish aircraft.

    cheers, Peter

Rob, Peter, thanks so much! That was the one I was waiting for. Nothing better than day-glo splashed over cam
