Looking for a used GTX 560

They don't make them like they used to.

My number two box, which I use for my nav and weather software took a nose dive yesterday. The video card went into cardiac arrest and has basically taken a giant....well...you know.

I don't use the box for anything requiring a massive video card so I'm looking to replace the deceased card with something comparable to what I have been using.

I know many in the forum have updated their cards, and I'm putting a shout out to anyone looking to get rid of an old Nvidia GTX 560. Please PM me here if interested.

    Thanks....G

That was a great card I had looked for one too, but decided just to stay with my still working GTX 285 as I don't use DX10. I found this at pricewatch.com. A used one is available on EBAY http://www.pricewatch.com/search?dir...condition=used. Good luck

Why not buy something new and cheap (and faster, and with warranty), like a gtx 750ti?

Yep, I've been doing some hunting online too. My original strategy was to buy a new 980 for the sim box and move the 780 over to the number two. I just can't justify the expense now, so I'm looking at all of my options to replace 560.

    How about a GTX580?

    I have a ASUS 580. (ENGTX580/2DI/1536MD5) (ACCOYZ320052)
Purchased 1/13/2011 and used it until 12/12/2012 when I replaced it with a GTX690.
It's just been sitting around in the 690 box since 2012 waiting for someone who could use it.
I could send it to you for something like 2x the Shipping cost.
How does that sound to U?

    Gordon,

Can I interest you in a GTX560ti? I think I can lay my hands on one!
