    OK Dude,
I can not wait to add your Vietnam contributions to your Page at the FFS,

Many avoid the Vietnam project because of the required downloads,
But it may be of interest to the few, the proud and those who served
    in the Forgotten war.

Your work is much appreciated by all,

    Dave

Doing some more work on the Cluster bombs and Bomb dispencers. I've made up a set of invisible bombs with different damage amounts. They will help with the Spread effect.

    Dave,
Still looking into the CBU's. not an easy one to model because of the fins. It will have the same issue as the Snake eyes. I can do the closed version of the Rockeyes easy enough.

    What is already out there?

I have the modern US weapon pack. are there any others?

    I'll keep you posted.

    John,

So Long as we can mount them on the plane and get the same result,
who really cares about the fins...can't see em when you drop em anyway.

    Thank you for your efforts,

    Dave

Do the napalm effects replace one of the bomb effects?

I'm going back to my SBCs and I think I have an Idea.

Also does the bomb blasts show up in night bombing. I forget?

Yes, that is what I was referencing to. The problem with that is it reqires multiple models just for the drop. add in the cluster effect and you quickly go over the 24 hardpoints.

If you push a little further the concept of the "triple-bomb" object Jacobson made, you can imagine a weapon object that would look like your full load of bombs. Then, this would only use a single hardpoint to show them all. Of course, if you want multiple payload options you will have to built several different objects.

I've been looking into this yet again. I have to finish up the first pack of the m41 clusters. Time to start finishing these old projects.
