Save the file then unpack/open it and carefully read the readme.txt file inside. Note you will need Winrar or 7zip or similar to unpack this.

NOT NEEDED FOR WOFF EXPANSION v2.02 AS THIS IS NOW INCLUDED IN LATEST PATCH]
Size 30MB approx.
Update-fixes some fine white edges to some textures.

yeah i've been using it for long time, mentioned it in screenshot thread with link also but thanks for putting it back here
i must say this's a great essentials look and a must have for cfs3 fans if you wanna see better clouds

It goes in the effects/weather folder.

EDIT: Make sure you back up your original files as well.
