    Good to hear Fred.
I think my puter is stable enough for finishing the event.
My next big time for flying is looking towards the weekend.

Just another computer crash after just over 8 hours FS9 rebooted and once again ended a flight.

When I start FS9 it automatically starts at my home location, Which is 8G7 Zelienople.

Check out the Duenna test. It validated ending at my home AP and the Average Air Speed is 813.7 kts

I'm out answers. Thought I had it fixed. This time I'm going to Micro Soft and see what they think. Unfortunately it won't be until Monday.

I wonder if anyone sees anything in the text file that tells the tale of misfortune?

I'm afraid the shells lead to a dead end somewhere in the middle of nowhere once again.

I found when FS has stopped and rebooted on all three occurrences that the event failures pointed to the weather.DLL

I also found that my FS9......Modules\weather.DLL path was not listed on the fire wall's incoming permissions list, which I've added.

Once again, I'm ready to take to the skies in my flying machine.....time permitting

Good luck to you in the Puss Moth!

Once you get over and around these mountains in the northern hemisphere the terrain is a bit more friendly on the downside........that is if you don’t mind flying over shark infested waters.

All systems worked fine. Heavy clouds and T Stormes the last 75nm. I almost landed at the wrong AP!
Had a tail wind on the right rear quarter all morning.

Good to hear your puter is working right now.
Sorry about not being there, but will be in Darwin for awhile, painting the town.
Should be able to find me. If nothing else, check the Bar Inn.

Thanks Austin and Robert. Good to be here the minus latitudes.

We had to shake off the tension and relax a bit after crossing over Timor Island In the pitch dark last evening. Celestial navigation wise, I miss Polaris and haven’t been able to discern the southern-cross yet, which are the only two stable star sightings. The visible stars now are all zipping overhead at speeds anywhere from the 10’s at the N&S horizons to a 1000 MPH at the celestial equator.

Hope to be heading out sometime tomorrow. Not sure about the weekdend yet.

    Good Grief Charlie Brown!

We're 3 hours from nowhere. Cloudy skies, at night, no city lights in the outback bush country.
Hoping that WAC set 1 1/2 hours ago was the good one.

    ADF time . . . _ _ . . . _ _ _ _ . . . that's sounds great!

Thought I had the problem solved. Still getting bumped out by weather.DLL

I could have been to Melbourne and half way back to London without all these computer crashes.

Hopefully try again this weekend....I need to finish by Monday..........5 days after arriving in Darwin
