Is there a way to make the pilot disappear? If I'm not mistaken in FS9 it had parking chocks and pilot would go away.

I don't think so. At least I haven't found a way.
I know the pilot can be hidden and chocks displayed on the A2A Spitfire.

I don't think any RealAir planes have a removable pilot feature. I think it is up to the developer if they feel if that feature is worth it, since many things in FS are compromises....trade one thing for another. Usually 'removing' the pilot means stuffing him/her in the fuselage or some out of sight place lol. There is a reason why the A2A Cherokee's baggage door can't be opened
