Unpainted (e.g. bare metal) bombs have a tendency to get covered with rust from exposure so coatings of paint are applied to act as a preservative. :-]Originally Posted by Allen

The .bmp texture file for the bombs is included with the plane package. Just open it with DXTBmp and paint them an appropriate color like dark gray and you should be good to go.
